.org domains are generally used by non-profits so cost is definitely a concern. By removing price increase caps, large price increases will end up cutting into program funding by so many orgs. And in fact it may drive non-profits to switch over to alternate domains. Please don't make a capricious change that could significantly change the economics of .org domain names. Thanks,
