I am against the unrestricted rate increases as I am already seeing the max of 10%/annum happening each year. I find that the costs are becoming unreasonable for permission to use a domain name, and that with potentially unlimited rate increases, that domains are simply being removed from the those that can least afford them to being available only to the wealthy. This is simply a continuation of unrestrained capitalism, and this is affecting us in other areas. Please do not allow the removal of caps. I understand that companies exist primarily to generate income for shareholders, but this is a really bad policy that will ultimately affect us all negatively.
