The fact that the .org TLD was one of the first and already has a large number of organizations using it requires that it be handled differently. If more flexibility in pricing is needed, increasing to 15 would seem a more appropriate reaction than removing all price caps.

Also, the proposed removal of the 10% maximum year over year increase would disproportionately impact a high number of non-profit and volunteer organizations. Experiment elsewhere.
