To whom it may concern: I am a .org registrant. Aside from non profits, many .org domains are also used by hobbyists or for personal use (as mine). Unrestrained price increases would open up the possibility for a lot of people to be unable to afford their domain name. A negotiated 10% is acceptable as it allows for people to budget and nake decisions as necessary as opposed to basically having their domain yanked out from under them. Please oppose unrestrained price increases. Thank you. David Day
