Though I don't particularly like the increase in the fees for any domain, allowing .org domain prices to grow unhindered just doesn't fit with the stated use of those domains. Although companies will grab the .org version of their domains, those domains are supposed to be for non-profits. The first domain that I grabbed when I started doing open source work nearly 20 years ago was a .org domain. My concern is that if prices are allowed to rise unhindered, only for-profit entities will be able to afford them. There is a lot of good being done by a lot of "little guys" in the world.
