Please consider who this will effect the most i.e.. churches/non-profit organizations. their purpose is to help and serve communities, usually with limited resources and donations. Internet access is vital to their outreach and productivity to help others. lifting fee limits would inhibit or prevent their ability to lend aid to those in need.
