This is a monopoly and increasing the prices will surely make the internet as a whole way less competitive. Please do not allow free increase of prices. If you want free increase of prices, why not allow free market to take place? Either it's a controlled monopoly, or it's a free market, but you can't have a monopoly free of rules.
