This is just a terrible idea. Nothing good will come out of this. The world wide web & The Internet are forums for the people. The corporations are our guests. Taking the malleability and usability away from the people by making it more difficult to own and maintain a corner of the web will just invite disaster. Even today's prices are too high for some.
