Please do not allow PIR to increase the price of domains.  Let's be honest, there is no technical reason why prices must be increased.  The margins are already high for what it is. Increasing the price any amount has serious consequences on businesses and organizations with limited budgets.  Without price caps, only wealthy, multi-national corporations will be able to afford domains.  In fact, they will find some way to squeeze out all competitors through higher costs.  They can buy out (squat) every domain conceivable then resell at ridiculous prices, which already happens.  The Internet was not designed to be a highest bidder system.  It is not supposed to be a fee based system that is an extension of monolithic telecommunication companies.  Do not allow price increases!
