I am a .org registrant. I am totally against eliminating the cap on the annual rate of increase for domain registration fees. Frankly, I was shocked that even 10% was allowed, but it certainly should never be more than that. For the internet to remain open and fully accessible, ICANN must make sure that predatory pricing is never allowed. With advancements in internet hardware and software, the registration of domain names should remain a cheap commodity.
