I am a .org and .biz registrant, for years the current model has worked perfectly, why change it out of thin air? If anything this will cause an increase not only for domain registrants, but also the services they offer to their customers through the web, the very end user will take the expense, which makes for a bad user experience, since most have no idea about all those terms changes. If anything, leave the legacy domains alone at least.
