We wish to express concern over the plan to remove the cap on domain name registration fees registrants have to pay and it will adversely affect the cost of domain names. I understand a 10% increase annually was permitted. Now there is a plot to remove the cap. This should be considered. It will raise the cost of owning a domain beyond what is profitable considering too that .org are for non-profits. Thank you.
