Blacknight has been an active member of the Registrar Stakeholder Group (RrSG) since 2009. The new charter was developed by members of the RrSG and the changes were discussed at length by the group's members. All members of the SG are able to actively engage in discussions, meetings and help influence any position that the SG may formally take. We, therefore, support the new charter as written and look forward to it being formally adopted by the ICANN Board.
