A clerical error has been discovered in the specification for the Devanagari RZ LGR. In the LGR, the tag "vowel" for code points U+0906 and U+0913 should have been tag "Vowel" and tag "matra" for U+093E and U+094B should have been "Matra".

The main effect is to make the LGR unintentionally more conservative by prohibiting some labels involving Candrabindu, Anusvara and Visarga

The spelling of these tags should be corrected in LGR-4.
