PTI’s draft FY18 Operating Plan and Budget was published earlier today for Public Comment. The page describing the Public Comment process is here:

I’d like to draw your attention to the process for asking questions seeking clarification of any details in the document. Please send questions to controller@icann.org by 4 November so that we can provide you answers in good time for you to make use for them in your responses. We will respond by 18 November.

As we did for ICANN’s FY17 plans, we will publish the questions and our responses in the Comment Forum. We will also write to this list.
