As a quick reference we are trying to explore the following time slots;

Any evening on the following days:

9 February 2015 – 12 February 2015 for a 4 hour session

Start time: 18:00 Singapore/02:00 Pacific/05:00/Eastern/10:00 UTC

Once all of the results of the poll are back we will schedule the Budget Working Group session based on the majority voted timeslot.

• Any Community member: staff, board (BFC members most likely), stakeholders.
• Members must have the experience of either the ICANN’s budget process, OR another organization’s budget process
• Representation:
  • Ideally, participants come from a large number of different organizations, so that the group benefits from diverse views/backgrounds,
  • However, participants represent only themselves, and not the organization(s) that they may be members of (working group members do not bind their organization of origin with their views).
  • The group does not have to represent all stakeholders, it simply needs to have interested and competent members.

• A budget steering committee
• An opportunity to ask or direct funding
• A required step in the process to provide input. Separate input can be provided independently during the public comment process.
