 N Draft Five-Year Operating Plan\nWe will provide an overview of the Fiv
 e-Year Operating Plan Version 1 (FY2016-FY2020)\, which is an the additi
 on of  our planning process. A public comment period on the draft plan b
 egan today\, Monday\, 11 November 2014 and will last for  a total of 55

 \nWe would like to present the Draft FY16 Operating Plan and Budget cale
 ndar for review and comment. The calendar was developed through extensiv
 e interaction with the Board Finance Committee\, also including some inf
 ormal community input. The most notable elements of the FY16 planning in
 clude\, in addition to the 5-year Operating Plan above:\n(i) a suggested
  face-to-face meeting around the Singapore ICANN 52 meeting to review ma
 in assumptions underlying the FY16 budget\,\n(ii) an earlier public comm
 ent process than in previous years\,\n(iii) an opportunity to review the
  suggested answers to the public comments and to communicate with Staff/
 BFC PRIOR to approval.\n\n\n\n
