 Five-Year Operating Plan\nWe will provide an overview of the Five-Year Ope
 rating Plan Version 1 (FY2016-FY2020)\, which is an the addition of  our p
 lanning process. A public comment period on the draft plan began today\, M
 onday\, 11 November 2014 and will last for  a total of 55 days.  The annou

 -11-en\n\n2. FY16 Operating plan and Budget – Calendar\nWe would like to
  present the Draft FY16 Operating Plan and Budget calendar for review and 
 comment. The calendar was developed through extensive interaction with the
  Board Finance Committee\, also including some informal community input. T
 he most notable elements of the FY16 planning include\, in addition to the
  5-year Operating Plan above:\n(i) a suggested face-to-face meeting around
  the Singapore ICANN 52 meeting to review main assumptions underlying the 
 FY16 budget\,\n(ii) an earlier public comment process than in previous yea
 rs\,\n(iii) an opportunity to review the suggested answers to the public c
 omments and to communicate with Staff/BFC PRIOR to approval.\n\n\n\n
