Dear ICANN Community,
On May 10th , ICANN and its affiliate Public Technical Identifiers (PTI) published several returns required by the United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS),
California Franchise Tax Board, and California Attorney General's office for nonprofit organizations for the fiscal year ending 30 June 2022.
IRS Form 990, the U.S. tax form that nonprofit organizations exempt from income taxes are required to file, was filed for ICANN and its affiliate pursuant to section 501(c) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.
The California CA-199 and CA RRF-1 returns, which nonprofit organizations are required to file, were filed for ICANN and its affiliate with the appropriate government offices, including the California Franchise
Tax Board and the California Attorney General's office.
