Thanks Xavier.  In the future, if and when the summary and response to public comments is modified after initial publication and after a reopening of the comment period, it would be extremely helpful if a redline version was provided.  This is especially true in this case because of the large size of the document but it would be a good practice to follow even with smaller documents.  It is way too time consuming to read through the entire document to try to find new comments and responses.
