Hi all,

Is it possible to have the meeting in 2/3 phases of 1hr.30min/1hr each? 2 periods of 7 - 8.30am or 3 periods of 7-8am or any other schedule?

I am already double booked at the Sunday time (triple booked if you count this meeting).  One of the 3 meetings has to trump the others and unfortunately Budget is not the one.

The Tuesday time is more clear at the beginning but complicated at the end.

In any event, others from IPC can and should be attending this, so my schedule should not be a significant decisional factor in this calculus.  However, I note that other members of the IPC may have the same schedule on Sunday afternoon, so that should be taken into account.

I just got aware of a conflict on Sunday as well which forces me to participate in a CSG discussion that time.
So I don’t have a solution re the time slots suggested rather than to apologize my absence.

As previous communicated at the 22 September 2015 Kick-off FY17 Ops Plan and Budget Webinar session the FY17 Budget Workshop that is currently scheduled for Sunday evening from 5:00 - 8:00 pm.  
 
As there is a conflict with the Transition session titled “Transition Perspectives: From an Internet Pioneer and the US Congress” which is Sunday from 4:45pm – 6:30 pm we are considering moving the FY17 Budget Workshop to Tuesday evening from 5:00 - 8:00 pm. 
 
Please let us know whether will be able to attend and which date you would prefer.
