We are happy to announce that the ICANN Board adopted the ICANN FY25-29 Operating and Financial Plan, ICANN FY25 Operating Plan and Budget, and IANA FY25 Operating Plan and Budget on 5 May 2024. We would like to thank everyone who participated in the development of these plans.

The Approved Resolutions from the 5 May 2024 meeting can be viewed here.<https://www.icann.org/en/board-activities-and-meetings/materials/approved-re...> The adopted plans have also been published in the ICANN Financial and Planning Information webpage<https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/governance/current-en>. The adopted plans do not go into effect until the start of the 2025 Fiscal Year which begins on 1 July 2024 if no petition is raised by the Empowered Community.

The Finance and Planning teams will also be hosting a webinar during the ICANN80<https://meetings.icann.org/en/meetings/icann80/> Prep Week to further discuss the adoption process. We look forward to your attendance.
