Dear all, I hope your summer was restful, or productive, or both... As we are all planning for the Dublin meeting in October, I would like to let you know that we are planning for a "workshop" 4-hour session in Dublin, similar to the one we held in Singapore, likely on Monday 12 October from 18:00 to 22:00 local time. Though more work is required to finalize the planning of this session, I expect the following subjects to be candidates on the agenda:
- preliminary FY17 ICANN revenue assumptions
- USG Transition: * How to reflect the conclusion of the USG Transition initiative? * How to reflect the post-transition implementation work? * How to reflect the PTI in the budget structure?
- 5-Operating plan update
- Dashboard: how to use it for planning purposes

Dear all, After investigation, it appears that the best, or least conflicted, day/time for our workshop would be Sunday 18 October, from 17:00 to 20:00 local time (16:00 to 19:00 UTC). Dinner will be provided (and maybe irish beers...). Please mark your calendars.
