First of all, I'm so sorry that I couldn't speak during the call because Carole couldn't dial the Tunisian phone number.
As for the workshop Xavier is proposing, I want to inform you that I was obliged to leave the Finance session in LA before its end because of other simultaneous very important session that I needed to attend too. I attended the first half of the finance session and the second half of the other session. My experience show that we can't concentrate ourselves deeply on an issue during the ICANN meeting. In the MSWG, we did a fantastic work during a retreat far from ICANN meeting.
I don't say that we need to have a separate dedicated meeting, it could be back to back with an ICANN meeting (just before or just after). I know it will cost an extra money, but if it must cost money, we need to spend the necessary amounts for a good result.
Someone said "anything free doesn't have any value". I don't believe it is always true, but for this case, it is.
