Dear ICANN Community:

ICANN organization (org) has published the Public Comment Summary Report for the Draft ICANN FY25 Plans. The Draft ICANN FY25 Plans include the Draft ICANN FY25-29 Operating & Financial Plan and Draft ICANN FY25 Operating Plan, the Draft ICANN FY25 Budget, and the Draft IANA FY25 Operating Plan and Budget. The proceeding ran from 12 December 2023 to 12 February 2024.

Following the closing of the Public Comment proceeding, ICANN org will send revised ICANN FY25 Plans to the Board in May 2024 to be reviewed for adoption. At the same time, ICANN will publish these documents, so the community has an opportunity to review it.

The Planning team is also excited to announce that on the 26th of March 2024, the PTI Board adopted the PTI FY25 Operating Plan and Budget<https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/pti-fy25-op-budget-2024-en.pdf>. According to the PTI Bylaws, Article 9.2(e), immediately after the PTI Board approves the Annual Budget, it shall be submitted to the ICANN Board for inclusion in ICANN’s proposed annual operating plan and annual budget.
