The Draft FY23-27 Operating and Financial Plan continues to define and demonstrate how ICANN organization (org) will implement the FY21-25 Strategic Plan<https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/strategic-plan-2021-2025-24jun19...>. The Strategic Plan enables ICANN to continue to fulfill its mission and to meet new and continuously evolving challenges and opportunities. The Five-Year Operating and Financial Plan is intended to serve as an overarching view of the activities ICANN org performs or will support to satisfy the FY21–25 Strategic Plan. The Annual Operating Plan and Budget provides a comprehensive overview of how ICANN org will carry out its mission in the public interest over the next fiscal year, by defining and describing ICANN org's planned activities in FY23, and the anticipated funding sources and levels.

During the webinar, ICANN org will present information to help the community gain a deeper awareness and understanding of the draft plans. Webinar attendees can ask questions about the draft plans and its Public Comment proceeding.
