Please see the draft letter that is proposed to be sent to Tripti regarding the IPC’ RFR dismissal.  As discussed, the Council is not writing to specifically support the IPC—rather to point out concerns with the process concerning the auction proceeds and dismissal of the RFR in general.  This draft was worked on in a small group with Greg, Nacho, Paul, and myself and we learned that the Registry Stakeholder Group had some concerns that Kurt conveyed to us. Kurt has been very helpful in conveying these concerns this version reflects edits based on those comments.
