Heather and Stephane,

As you know, a number of inter-governmental organizations (IGOs) sent a
letter to ICANN requesting additional protections under the New gTLD
Program Applicant Guidebook. On behalf of the Board, I send you the
attached letter seeking policy advice from the GAC and the GNSO regarding
the IGO request. Thank you in advance for your consideration and guidance.
