Per the PDP Manual, the creation of the Preliminary Issue Report is afforded 45 days, but staff can request additional time if it is needed. While great progress has been needed, staff needs just a little bit more time (e.g., two weeks) to finalize the document and publish it for public comment. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
