Councilors -

On 2 AUG, I attended a webinar in which the Board Finance Committee (BFC) and the co-chairs of the CCWG-ACCT presented a proposal to estimate, manage and control costs associated with CCWG Work Stream 2.  Materials from the webinar (slides, transcripts and recordings) are attached.

Please note that we have requested (and Staff/BFC has agreed to provide) a webinar on this subject for the GNSO Council and leadership of the SG/Cs.  Details are still being worked out with Staff, but in order to make the cut-off for our next meeting (1 SEP), this needs to happen by 22 AUG.  Otherwise, Council consideration/approval of this proposal may fall to our October meeting.
