On behalf of the SCBO Chair, the following is submitted.

Please find attached a GNSO Council’s working draft from the SCBO on ICANN’s draft Five Year Strategic and Operating Plan, including comments on the draft FY21 budget. The public proceeding will close 25 Feb. 2020.

The SCBO welcomes suggested edits or ideas to consider either through red-lines of the attached draft or you they can be sent over the mailing list.  Below is the proposed schedule of the SCBO:

SCBO Schedule:

• 10 Feb – GNSO Council documents & motion deadline
• 12 Feb – 4^th SCBO meeting
• 18 Feb – Meet with the CCNSO’s SOPC to share draft positions at 16:00UTC
• 20 Feb – GNSO Council meeting (SCBO on AoB)
• 25 Feb – Deadline to submit comments
• 08 Mar – Joint session at ICANN67 w/ SOPC; (8 March at 15:00 local time)
