Dear counselors,<br><br>I would like to share a great news for us Brazilians here in ICANN, after nearly four-years battle, &quot;Marco Civil da Internet&quot; (Internet&#39;s Civil Rights Framework) was approved by the Brazilian Chamber of Deputies.
