Please see the attached letter drafted by the ccNSO proposing a one-year deferral to the 3^rd CSC Effectiveness Review. There was general agreement on this course of action during our meeting with the ccNSO, but I’m sending to Council to ensure everyone is aligned. Please raise any concerns with this letter or the proposed deferral by 15 August.

Dear Greg

At our latest joint meeting we discussed the deferral of the 3rd CSC Effectiveness Review. In principle we agreed to defer it for one-year and after this one year revisit this decision. We also agreed that we would work on a draft letter, to be sent by us on behalf of our respective Councils. Included is a draft for such a letter.

From our end we'll tentatively put the adoption of the letter on our 22 August meeting agenda, of course under assumption the GNSO Council is supportive.
