I hope Fadi and Thomas understand that with the allocation to SGs/NCA there is no cross-membership but endorsement coming from the respective groups.
 
With this in mind I dare to predict they’ll choose at first the ones having the most endorsements behind them because this may create the lowest level of protest. And then they may look how the other criteria are met. But this is just how I would proceed...

As was agreed by the Council at  its meeting on 17 December 2015, James Bladel, GNSO Council chair has submitted a list of GNSO-endorsed applicants for the Competition, Consumer Trust and Consumer Choice (CCT) Review Team  to Fadi Chehadé, President and CEO of ICANN and Thomas Schneider, Chair of the Government Advisory Committee.
