Hi John,
In the SPIRT discussion, there is a reference at the top of that section to SPIRT itself drafting the Charter.  This is inaccurate.  You can just end that sentence after the word "process" and delete the rest of the sentence.

Please also check the transcript for a comment which Jeff Neuman may have made in relation to a "typo" on one of the slides.   If that comment is in the transcript, we need to note it in the minutes.

In the discussion of Item 9, I am referred to throughout as "GNSO Council Liaison".  This is likely just a carryover from the SPIRT discussion but please correct as there is no Liaison role associated with Item 9.  You can say "GNSO Council Nom Com Non-Voting" if you want to or just leave out the designation since I don't think others are designated.

With respect to the discussion on IGOs, there is a reference to Mary Wong identifying a "third swim"?   I wasn't there for this discussion but can't understand what this phrase might mean.
