Dear Councilors,

During the last Council meeting, Support Staff referenced a draft document on the topic of Board Readiness. The draft aims to define board readiness and provide examples of what makes a policy recommendation “board ready”. It also provides examples of some of the improvements the Council has employed to contribute to making policy recommendations more “board ready”.
