On behalf of Michael Palage, Chair and the full leadership team of the Registration Data Accuracy Scoping Team, please find attached a Project Change Request (PCR). This will be used as the vehicle for the GNSO Council to receive a status update and subsequently deliberate and determine next steps for the Scoping Team. The PCR does not have yet a corresponding motion, but it is a part of agenda item #10 for the May meeting.
