Thanks Edmon.  Where in the definition would abbreviations apply?  Are they considered accronymns?

Yes, I believe definition for meaningful string includes abbreviation.

 

The structure of the committees are not discussed.  But in our last conf call, Chris had mentioned it will consult with "technical experts".
