Dear IRT,

Very happy to share that the public comment proceeding on the draft updates and policy guidance launched 10 minutes ago today, 30 June. We got there in the end. You can find it at the following link:

https://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/proceeding/proposed-implementation-of-the-igo-ingo-curative-rights-policy-recommendations-30-06-2026

A guided submission form has been provided, should your respective groups wish to submit a comment. Document uploads are also accepted.

The proceeding will run for 42 days, closing on 10 August 2026, with a summary report from staff due 1 September.

I will be in touch with the IRT regarding next steps in due course.

Best,

Peter
