Please find attached the GNSO Council Report to the Board for adoption of the IRTP Part D PDP Recommendations. The Report is drafted by staff and will serve to inform the ICANN Board on the recommendations prior to its vote.

Unless further discussion/review is deemed necessary the Council might want to include the Report as part of the consent agenda.
