We are still working through a proposed response to the GAC Communique and do not believe that it will be ready for approval at the meeting in two days time. We would like to ask that this be removed from the Consent Agenda and either
push to adopt at the next meeting or by e-mail when completed.
We can discuss in more detail at the Council meeting under AOB if anyone has any questions.
