Rod/Heather,

As I think you know, the GNSO endorsement process for AoC RTs asks each of the SGs to endorse one candidate per RT.  In the case of the SSR RT, Ken Silva was endorsed by the RySG.  After Ken’s resignation, two candidates were nominated in the RySG to replace him.  Because no process was in place to choose between the two candidates and to be responsive to fill the vacancy as quickly as possible, the RySG decided that it would save several weeks if both names were submitted.  The GNSO is hereby forwarding the two candidates that were endorsed by the RySG for your consideration and selection between the two, who we believe are both very qualified:
