As the number of projects & acronyms grow, and the outputs expected vary, I wonder if there is no way to develop a clearer and easier to follow classification for the GNSO, that takes into account at least two main characteristics of the projects in the hope it would help insiders as well as outsiders to get a better overview:

a. the different documents (to be) expected from the project

Frameworks (of principles)
Issue reports
Working group (draft or final) reports
Policies (draft or final)
other Documents (?)

b. the different types of working groups

Discussion Groups
Cross community working groups
Community-wide working groups
(Review and Standing) Committees
GNSO - xxx Consultation Groups
