Dear Councilors,

Attached please find a Motion to approve the Project Change Request to update the project plan of the Transfer Policy Review PDP, and the associated Project Change Request.
Since the PDP was initially chartered in two phases, as a consequence of this PCR, the charter requires minor revisions to remove references to phases. Attached is also included the revised charter.
