The IDN Implementation Guidelines relate to second-level registration policies and practices for IDNs. These contractually binding guidelines were developed by a community-led working group.

The ICANN Board is gathering in Paris this week for a three-day workshop. In addition to advancing our work in several key areas, my Board colleagues and I plan to attend the Contracted Parties Summit [danh45uab.cc.rs6.net], which is also taking place in Paris on 6–9 May 2024. We are eager to directly engage with ICANN's contracted parties.

ICANN wants to hear from university students ages 18-30 living and studying in the Asia Pacific region who are interested in the future of the Internet and participating in the ICANN81 Annual General Meeting. ICANN81 is scheduled to be held in Istanbul, Türkiye, from 9–14 November 2024.
