Dear GNSO Councilors,

On behalf of the PDP 3.0 Small Team, staff would like to inform you that the Small Team has completed proposed documents for implementing eight (8) out of fourteen (14) PDP 3.0 improvements so far. The rest of the six (6) improvements are all in the pipeline with various levels of progress.

On 22 August 2019, the Small Team delivered the proposed documents for Improvements #1, #2, #3 & #6. The Small Team is now sending the following proposed documents for four (4) additional completed PDP 3.0 improvements -- #11, #12, #14 & #16 – to the GNSO Council for review. They are packaged together as they all are concerned with the project management aspects of PDP working groups. Specifically, the proposed documents developed for Improvements #11, #12, and #16 are interrelated and address the three improvements holistically.

The Small Team invites the GNSO Council to review these documents and welcomes your questions and feedback by 24 October 2019.
