Here is our statement:
The IPC appreciates opposing viewpoints and research that was done on this topic. While the topic of billing data collection may have been discussed
during the PDP, no decision was reached or recorded and we’re simply not comfortable with characterizing this omission being a drafting error and thus effectively having Council amend a section of the RAA. Thank you again for the discussion and vote.
