Action Items:

1. Proposed meeting dates to be revised. The first Council meeting in 2011 scheduled for Thursday 13 January 2011.

2. Preparation for the public GNSO Council meeting:

• Preparatory work on motions should be undertaken during the weekend meetings
• Council leadership should suggest which projects should be continued and discontinued
• Look at new format for public comment during the council meeting
• Extend the document deadline before a public Council meeting

GNSO Council informal dinner should be continued.

ICANN Board and GNSO formal meeting productive, discuss the format for future meetings

Olga Cavalli new meeting planner to work with GNSO Secretariat

Next GNSO Wrap-Up meeting will be in San Francisco on Thursday, 17 M arch 2011
