Thank you again for the opportunity to provide input into the GNSO Council’s review of the EDDP and the ERRP. We would be happy to provide an update and analysis of complaints received in relation to these two policies since August 2013. We would also like to provide information regarding gaps in the policies that we have observed and the impact they have had on registrants based on complaints received. Taking into account current workload and preparation for ICANN75, we would propose responding to the Council’s request and providing additional observations during the week of 10 October. We hope this timing is acceptable. If the Council requires the response by an earlier date, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your deadline. Thank you.
