Key Program Suite Structural Changes for this Period:
- PMT: The key understanding is that this tool is only as good as the information that is available. For projects and phases that are active today, there’s a higher degree of certainty to duration and completion dates, especially for projects that the GNSO Policy team owns. Future work are merely forecasts based on educated guesses, or just plain guesses. As new and more accurate information becomes available, this tool gets updated accordingly. Key updates:
- New structure to projects outline as more child projects are connected to the PMT tool.
- Extended GNSO3 start based on the Board’s resolution to defer and until more information becomes available on ATRT3.
- Added a placeholder for the Holistic Review pilot.
- Added CSC Effectiveness Review.
- Added the COICI – the new standing committee on continuous improvement.
- Transfer Policy Review timeline updated based on updated project plan.
- ADR: (page 2) and per the Council’s resolution to launch the pilot of the continuous improvement framework (COICI), items likely to be within its scope are now decoupled from the ADR range markers until more clarity is obtained on the scope and duration of that work.
- PL: added the COICI at the bottom of the projects list. For the time being, the WS2 & GEO reports have been retained until the pilot has concluded or new information forces a change.

- Approval of ICANN71 GNSO Council response to GAC Communique
- IGO Work Track – Project Change Request
- RPM – Phase 2: Begin discussion on UDRP Review Next steps
- Confirmation of Transfer Policy Review PDP Work Plan
- Close of Public Comment on EPDP-P2A
- EPDP-IDN 1st meeting expected

- CSC – establish terms of reference for new CSC Effectiveness Review
